DJ BeetleBitch is the alias of producer Griffin Wolf. The project was conceived with the intention of taking the piss out of electronic music, but has started to take more serious roots. While still retaining a silly exterior, DJ BeetleBitch has developed a signature style of chopped up breakbeats, progressive song structure, and dissonant harmonics. Growing up in Omaha, NE, DJ BB started playing in rock and punk bands, paying his dues in the scene. He transferred his experience over to the computer, and the connection was instant. His debut album “Me & Jay-Z” sold out on CD, showing off the potential of this young producer. With his latest project, “ACIDTAPE2024”, DJ BeetleBitch mixes classic 303 acid sounds with his relentless drum programming and dense kick drums. He aims to create a seamless listening experience, with all songs transitioning into each other.
